Get the available shipping options (carrier, service, price, delivery date) for a product configuration shipped to a destination. When the customer hasn't dictated every option, call get_product_presets first to fetch a complete starter configuration, override only what the customer mentioned, then pass the merged config as options; include the order quantity as copies. All slug values must come byte-for-byte from get_product_info or a preset. country is optional and defaults to the caller's home country; pass it only when shipping elsewhere. postcode is optional but improves rate accuracy. Prices are returned as decimal amounts (e.g. 6.95 EUR).

get_shipping_possibilities

Get the accessories (add-on products) available for a product by SKU - e.g. a squeegee for vinyl stickers. Each accessory is its own product with an id, a sku, and a ready-to-use configuration. To price one, pass its sku and configuration to get_product_price. To add accessories to a product's shareable link, pass their ids to get_product_share_url's accessories argument. For a product-plus-accessories total, price the main product and each accessory separately and add them up - accessories are not an option on the main product, so never put them in its options. Returns an empty items[] if the product has none.

get_product_accessories

Get the preset configurations available for a product. Each preset is a named option set (e.g. "Best buy") that the customer can pick from. The item with is_default: true is the one the website would pick by default for this customer. Pass that preset's configuration straight as the options argument to get_product_price; override only the keys the customer specifically mentioned (copies, size, finish, etc.).

get_product_presets

Get the price for a specific product configuration. Before calling, you must have called get_product_info this conversation (for slugs, units, ranges, exclude_groups) AND get_product_presets when the customer hasn't dictated every option (for a complete starter configuration). Override only the keys the customer specifically mentioned (size, copies, material, finish, etc.) and pass the merged config as options. All slug values must come byte-for-byte from get_product_info's properties[].options[].slug or from a preset's configuration. For custom sizes, the API expects width and height as top-level keys in options (not nested) and the values are in millimeters - multiply cm by 10 before sending. Verify against min_width/max_width/min_height/max_height from get_product_info before sending. Optionally provide delivery_promise (0=standard, 1=insured, 2=premium insured). Prices are returned in the smallest currency unit (e.g. cents for EUR).

get_product_price

Build a shareable selector URL for a configured product - the same URL the website's "Copy URL" button produces. Useful when the customer asks for a link to view or order the configuration on the website, or when you want to give them a clickable way to verify your suggestions. options has the same shape as get_product_price (option slugs from get_product_info). To include accessories on the link, pass accessories (see its description). No network call; this is a pure URL builder.

get_product_share_url

Returns the full catalog of products the customer has access to, as {sku, name} entries. Match the customer's request against the list yourself: exact SKU -> use directly; natural phrase like "vinyl stickers" -> pick the matching item; vague phrase like "stickers" -> list a few matching options and ask the customer to pick. Call this whenever the customer names a product before any tool that needs a SKU.

list_products

List the signed-in customer's orders, paginated and scoped to them automatically (no customer id needed). Optional filters: status (comma-separated, e.g. in_production,shipped), search (free text such as an order number or product), from_date / to_date (yyyy-mm-dd), and page / page_size. Use it to show a customer's orders, or to find an order number before a tool that needs one.

get_orders

Show information about a product by its SKU, including the option universe (properties[]), the combinations that aren't allowed (exclude_groups[]), and min/max ranges for custom values. Call this at the start of every conversation - without it you can't know which slugs exist, which combinations are forbidden, or the unit for custom dimensions (always millimeters, never centimeters; convert from cm by multiplying by 10). When the customer asks for a configuration, use exclude_groups[] yourself to catch impossible combinations before calling get_product_price or get_shipping_possibilities - tell the customer which options conflict and offer alternatives, don't let Platform 400 surprise them. Every option value passed later to those tools must be a verbatim slug from properties[].options[].slug here; never paraphrase a description into a slug.
