get_chain_profile

Retrieve the hotel static knowledge: description, contact, location and directions, policies, property amenities and facilities (pool, spa, gym) with hours, dining and meal plans, check-in/out and luggage, parking and transport, accessibility, nearby places, FAQs, loyalty conditions, and curated room highlights. Use list_room_profiles for detailed room specs and list_available_rooms for prices and availability.

get_hotel_profile

Retrieve available rooms with their boards, prices, taxesType, and cancellation policies linked by cancellationId so the guest can choose options and pass boardIds into checkout; uses accessToken automatically when provided. Supports multi-room stays by passing one entry per requested room in the rooms array.

list_available_rooms

Return the official property list for a chain, including each property's hotelId, name, and propertyType (its accommodation type). Use this before answering questions about a specific property by name in a chain session: first match the guest-mentioned name to a returned hotelId, then call property-specific tools such as get_hotel_profile with that hotelId. Refer to each property by its propertyType, not as a hotel.

list_chain_hotels

Retrieve available extras for the selected boards and stay details so the guest can add them before checkout.

list_room_extras

Retrieve room-level details such as name, description, capacity, size, bed distribution, amenities, and images.

list_room_profiles

Modify reservation dates directly in two steps: first get a proposal (confirm=false), then confirm it (confirm=true with totalPrice). To only check a reservation status use view_booking instead.
