log_touch

Merge one or more duplicate contacts into a primary contact for the signed-in member. Nothing is lost: blank fields on the primary are filled from the duplicates, notes are combined, and all related history (touch logs, deals, tasks, tags, campaigns, cards, portals, etc.) is repointed to the primary before the duplicate record is removed. Defaults to a dry run — pass confirm: true to actually merge.

merge_contacts

Move one of the member's pipeline deals to a different stage, and optionally update its target close date, price or notes. Use list_my_deals first to get the deal id and available stage names.

Search published LevelUp Academy videos and brokerage resources by title or description.

search_training_and_resources

Search ALL active, published, shareable Listing Exchange properties from every LevelUp member (not just the caller's own listings). Filter by address/city/state/ZIP text, price range, beds, baths, property type, MLS number, listing agent or brokerage name, and keywords/features. Returns paginated results with a primary photo thumbnail, listing agent attribution, photo-usage permissions, and the public Listing Exchange URL. Use get_exchange_listing for the full record and get_exchange_listing_photos for the full photo set.

search_exchange_listings

Search the signed-in member's Inner Circle (Agent OS) contacts by name, email, phone, or contact notes. Returns matching contacts with their ids, which can be passed to get_contact_summary.

search_contacts

Update fields on one of the member's existing Agent OS contacts. Only the fields provided are changed; omitted fields are left untouched.
