Description

Lead Recorder shows you where your leads actually came from. It tracks every phone click, form submission and enquiry on a website and matches each one back to the exact ad, Google search or post that produced it. This plugin lets you ask about that data in plain English instead of opening a dashboard. Three read-only tools: List Sites returns the client websites your account can report on. Get Quiet Sites lists sites with no leads in the last few days. Useful if you manage a lot of client sites and want to catch a problem before the client does. Get Monthly Report returns the numbers for one site in a given month: total leads, new versus returning visitors, the split between phone clicks, forms and email enquiries, the paid, organic and direct channel breakdown, top sources and campaigns, and the percentage of leads that arrived outside business hours. Things you can ask: "Which of my client sites had no leads this week?" "How did Bob's Plumbing do last month and where did the leads come from?" "Write this month's lead report for a client using the real numbers." It's built for marketing agencies and the businesses they work with, particularly local service businesses where the enquiry is a phone call rather than an online checkout. You'll need a Lead Recorder account with the tracking snippet installed on at least one site. There's a free plan and installation takes about thirty seconds. Nothing in your account can be modified through this plugin.

Lead Recorder FAQ
How do I improve a ChatGPT Plugin's discoverability?

The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
