Kangaroo Rewards

Get the profile of the business you are working in: its name, marketing name, loyalty program type, category, time zone, description, number of branches, whether it is active, and when it was created. Useful to confirm which business you are operating on.

kangaroo_business_summary

Get aggregate marketing-campaign performance for your business over a time window: how many campaigns ran, attributed revenue and purchase volume, messages sent/delivered/failed/unsubscribed, engagement (opens and clicks), coupon redemptions, and visits. Choose the window with either a rolling period or an explicit from/to date range; defaults to the last 30 days. Summary totals only — no individual member data. Automatically-created system campaigns (for example, ones that deliver offers) are excluded from every total. The revenue/messaging/engagement figures reflect campaigns that finished within the window; total_campaigns and active_campaigns are current-population counts (all campaigns, and currently-active campaigns) and are not limited to finished campaigns. Note: kangaroo_list_campaigns' per-campaign metrics are each campaign's lifetime-to-date figures, unwindowed — they won't sum to match this tool's windowed totals even though both now use the same finished-only, system-campaign-excluded definitions.

kangaroo_campaign_stats

Get the performance numbers for one marketing campaign by its campaign ID: how many people were targeted (and through which channel), delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, purchases, revenue generated, visits, coupon redemptions, and engagement rate. Aggregate totals only — no individual member data.

kangaroo_get_campaign_report

Get one marketing campaign's details by its campaign ID: name, status, type, channels, audience, and dates. Message content is not included. For its performance numbers use kangaroo_get_campaign_report.

kangaroo_get_campaign

Get one loyalty member's full profile in your business by their member ID: name, current points balance, and join date, with privacy-masked contact by default. Set include_contact to true only when you genuinely need the member's real email and phone — every such use is recorded.

kangaroo_get_customer_profile

List your business's marketing campaigns, newest first, one page at a time. Returns each campaign's name, status, type, channels, and — for finished campaigns — performance metrics (delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, attributed revenue, engagement rate). No message content. Only campaigns you created are listed; automatically-created system campaigns (for example, ones that deliver offers) are excluded. For overall performance totals use kangaroo_campaign_stats — it excludes those same system campaigns and its performance figures also cover finished campaigns only, but they are windowed by date (the last 30 days by default) whereas each per-campaign metric here is that campaign's lifetime-to-date figure, unwindowed, so the two won't sum to match. Its "active" count is also defined differently from a campaign's "active" status here.

kangaroo_list_campaigns

List loyalty members in your business, newest first, one page at a time — with optional search (name/email/phone), points-balance range, and join-date range. Contact details are always privacy-masked. To see one member in full (optionally with raw contact), use kangaroo_get_customer_profile with their member ID.

kangaroo_list_customer_profiles

List your business's promotional offers (discounts, bonus-point promotions, coupons), one page at a time, with optional title search. Distinct from kangaroo_list_redemption_catalog, which lists rewards members spend points on.

kangaroo_list_offers

List the rewards your members can redeem their points for (the redemption catalog), one page at a time, with optional title search. Returns each reward's points cost, validity dates, and whether it is currently active. Distinct from kangaroo_list_offers, which lists promotional offers.

kangaroo_list_redemption_catalog

Get how your loyalty program is configured: how customers earn points (earn ratio, welcome bonus, whether earned points round up), how they redeem (redemption rate, pay-with-points limits), whether points expire, your custom name for points, whether check-in earning is on, and your currency. Takes no input — it reports the business you are working in. Use this when asked how the program works (e.g. "how many points per dollar?"); use kangaroo_business_summary for just the business identity.
