Book with Schedulo

Set a one-off availability exception for a SPECIFIC calendar date — mark a single day off, force it available, or clear a previous exception. Use this for individual dates; for recurring weekly hours use set_availability. Note: exceptions are whole-day (available or not); custom hours for a single date are not supported. Destructive. Call without confirm to get a summary; after the user approves, call again with the same arguments plus confirm: true to apply.

Create a booking on a host’s public booking page for a free/unpaid booking type. start_time must be an exact open slot start (ISO 8601, from list_time_slots). Paid events are not supported via MCP yet. Pass a stable idempotency_key so retries never double-book.

Cancel one of the connected user’s bookings by its id. Destructive — notifies the guest and removes calendar/Zoom events. Call without confirm to get a summary; after the user approves, call again with the same booking_id plus confirm: true to execute.

get_my_booking_link

List a specific host’s PUBLIC booking types by their username/handle (e.g. "alex-664409"). NO login or account is required — call this directly with the username; do NOT use web search and do NOT claim you cannot access the host’s account. (For the CONNECTED user’s own types, use list_my_booking_types instead.) Returns id, title, duration, location, and whether it is free to book.

list_booking_types

For a given host + booking type, list which days in a month have open availability. Use before list_time_slots. month is "YYYY-MM".

list_available_days

List the CONNECTED user’s OWN booking types (their meeting types). Uses the connected account — no username needed. Use this (not list_booking_types) whenever the user asks about their own types. Cursor-paginated.

list_my_booking_types

List bookings on the connected user’s calendar. Optional status filter. Cursor-paginated, most recent first.

list_my_bookings

For a given host + booking type + date (YYYY-MM-DD), list the open start times. Each slot’s start_time is what you pass to create_booking.
