Submit a direct URL to an audio or video FILE for transcription with speaker diarization; the result is indexed into your private workspace for search_audio and get_transcript. The URL must point at the media file itself and download without sign-in. A page URL or a share link is NOT a file and will be rejected: a TikTok/Instagram/YouTube page is a web page, and a Google Drive/Dropbox 'share' link returns a sign-in page — both deliver HTML, not audio. If that is all you have, download the media and host it at a direct URL, or ask the user to upload the file in the Audioscrape app. Returns a job_id — poll get_transcription_status.
